Even the hotel is in the center of Kuta it is a place of calm and peace, all of 70 guestrooms are facing to the 50 meters long swimming pool and are either with terrace or balcony. With 70 rooms in total and all rooms are same configuration with 28 square meters in size ,all with separate shower and located in 2 storey U-shaped building and have private terrace or balcony with pool view. All guest rooms offer modern design with the following feature: minibar, flat screen TV, selection of local and satellite TV channel, individually controlled air conditioning, IDD telephone, 2 bottles of mineral water and amenities.

2. High & Peak Season Periods:
   High season period: July 15 - September 05.
   Peak season period: December 23 - January 07.
   Minimum stay: PEAK season: 3 nights.
   No check out on December 30 & December 31.
